I've never booked a taxi with them but one of the amber taxi mercanics looks after my car for services  and repairs he has never let me down and work is carried out at a high standard  I know my car is safe for me and my family to travel in I assume the taxis will be at the same high standard as he is so passionate about his work

The drivers are on time, reliable, friendly. A good App to set up so you can link your card. Friendly, pleasant drivers. Careful drivers. Great company.

Staff are excellent and drivers are always courteous.

Dreadful. Booked in advance as I had an appointment. Driver arrived at a different location, I was asked to walk to meet him as he couldn't access my collection point which is untrue. Walked to meet the driver and they had left. Wouldn't recommend if you require a reliable service.
