Great I got seen on the day and didn't needed to wait.
Very friendly and helpful staff especially after one day I had a fall smashing my specs into my eye and burst my eyelid the staff here gave more help than Lloyds pharmacy did who never even if I needed to sit down while the blood poured from my eye! Specsavers actually went out there way to check that my eye was ok, very helpful extremely so!
They are excellent in everything they do. They even helped me to fix my 4Y old glass, and free of charge. Thank you so much to all of you.
Everyone is always exceptionally cheerful, kind and helpful in this shop. Reasonable prices too. The staff are so nice and we recently were served by Laura who is a lovely lady and helped both my husband and I choose new specs which isn't easy while wearing a mask! Very quick service on making up prescriptions and we are never disappointed.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Was advised to see an optician as I had a small white spot on my bottom eye lid. The service I got was excellent. Staff were very polite and friendly. The optician unfortunately I cant remember his name was very nice and and made me feel relaxed. He gave me an extremely thorough eye examination as well as some expert advice which solved my problem. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and so to was the optician.
Friendly staff and good selection. Prices seem great on the surface, but all the options add up.
