Used them twice ( two holidays)  travelling to and fr Heathrow with kid.  They were good.  As said by others,  car was clean,  driver was polite and same price as what was written on the website,  the most important  was ontime and reliable x  hightly recommend x

Had a great long distance trip before Christmas. The service provided was excellent and the car was very comfortable for a long distance drive. Steve kept the interior temperature to my requirement and was happy to stop a couple of times at service stations at my request. Complementary bottle of water was provided at the start of the journey, which was a nice touch. I will definitely use this taxi again.

I recently used BPCH to deliver then collect me from Bristol airport. I was really happy with the level of service I received from Steve. I was helped with my luggage and the vehicle was really roomy, comfortable.. and spotless! The cost was great too considering how much it would have cost me to park my car at the airport. I'll be using Bath Private Car Hire again without hesitation!
