A place of personable staff... A very quick and easy service for both pickup and drop-off. I will certainly be using Hertz in Bath for my next rental needed. 100% recommended.

Was greeted and looked after by a very, very nice lady! Promptly served, professionally shown hired van and fully taken through my reservation. Was looked after just as well when I dropped off - even though the office was full of customers!!  Will be back for sure. Thanks - much appreciated.

Parked my car in the back and being told I can drop the van when return. Now the gate is locked for two days. No one is helping. This is very disappointing and irresponsible.

Tried to book online. The website malfunctioned, told me the booking hadn't gone though, but they took the money anyway. There was no confirmation email. Refused to give me a refund or discuss it, sent me an email saying they considered the matter close. I'll never hire them again.
