Gone downhill big time unfortunately, they used to be really good but not anymore!!!

ABSOLOUTELY RUBBISH DO NOT USE.

I have been trying for ages yesterday to get through on the phone to query being charged double for my hire charges, and after being on hold for over 20 mins each time with no answer and my credit running out, and still no answer, im going to have to resort of driving down to the office at east midlands to get answers.

I will NEVER use this company ever again, because if they cant be bothered to ever answer the phone or the countless emails i have sent, i will take my business elsewhere.

Bardzo polecam tę wypożyczalnię  , odbiór i zwrot bez najmniejszych problemów ,nowe autka ,depozyt w całości zwrócony ,szczególnie polecam Panią Justynę bardzo miła i super uprzejma osoba (wrzesień 2015 )
