Terrible service would not recommend. Offered £1500 less than we buy any car for my car. I had to call them 4 times for a call back. Questioned why I was getting another quote on a brand new car!! Obviously not interested in selling a car unless they are making massive margins. Very poor customer service worst telephone skills I’ve ever experienced

Place looks good, you feel welcome to start with but later the experience changes as if you don't bring any descent business in you get the feel they want to get rid of you quick in order to move to a more profitable customer. To have something minor checked on my £32.000 Ford car I was made to wait 30 min then to be told I have to book in and leave the car for 1 day. They didn't even want to come out and have 2 min look or check. The prices are probably sky high so if you want slow service and spend lots of money this is the place. I also tried Kwik-Fit in Poole and those boys they do live up to their name, car went in straight not even 2 min wait. They seemed interested in helping me. Unfortunately my car is to new and requires main dealer diagnosis I felt so good about the experience and the 20 min they spent trying to help me all for free gave me the confidence to return if I ever need anything. Totally different experience. You know what people. Cheers.
