I want to say a huge thank you to Danni for all of her help with my recent Mini order. She was so helpful the whole way through the process- making sure she kept in touch with updates every couple of weeks. She was so lovely and really helped make the whole process nice and smooth for me, both in ordering the car and whilst I was waiting for it to arrive. She was so fast at replying to any emails I sent and I felt like I could really ask any question I wanted and she was more than happy to help! I picked up my beautiful new level 2 electric Mini from Marshall’s on Thursday 13/10. The handover was done by Danni who was very informative and answered all my questions moving over to electric. This is my 5th car from this location not all from Marshall’s. I have always had good service from the sales staff. Tom was great when I placed the order for car and kept me up to date with progress, the car was delivered a week earlier than expected. Loving the car so far fab to drive. My whole experience with Mini was excellent. I was kept updated at every step of my new car purchase. Danni was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. She was so helpful and supportive - she even contacted me when she was off work ill with Covid! It was such a pleasure to deal with Danni who is such an asset to Mini.
I had a fabulous experience of purchasing my first approved used Mini with the help of Danni. We made frequent communication both by phone and emails to sort out every question I had about the car. She kept me well updated throughout. We were offered a ride from train station as we came from afar. The deal was done smoothly. Danni made sure we were clear about the car's controls and buttons before driving off our 90 miles journey back home safe and sound. The overall experience was very pleasant and we hope to come back again for future purchase.
I cannot thank Danni enough for her excellent service and help throughout the whole process of designing and purchasing my car. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me updated every step of the way. I drove away in my new car on the exact day she said I would! She was always at the end of the phone and email whenever I needed her even replying to my emails on her day off. My car is incredible and I couldn’t be happier. Left an enquiry online and got a phone call immediately and made an appointment for a test drive. The gentleman I spoke to was Luke Pay. He was very polite professional and put me at ease straight away. He explained everything clearly and didn’t mind when I questioned him and asked him to explain further. I never felt rushed and was offered a beverage whilst chatting. I was fortunate that the choice of vehicle was instantly available and I asked if I could transfer a cherished plate onto my new vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble, helpful informative and very polite. Consequently I have a beautiful new mini clubman which I am delighted with. How lucky was I not only having a new car but even luckier to have met Luke. I would thoroughly recommend him as he went above and beyond.
A super, efficient service from Danni. She helped me to configure my new mini and I was kept informed of the progress of the build throughout! Collected my new mini today and the paperwork was quick and efficient; Danni was welcoming and friendly and helped me to understand my car. A big bonus was the bouquet of flowers that I received!
