Would give it 5 starts but the buyer which I think his name was Brandon who was amazing by the way was trying to get hold of a member of staff for 40 mins straight for a condition code. I felt sorry as I was the last appointment and he had to wait around with myself for a manager/regional manger to answer the phone before he could go home! I used to be a regional Manager for the company in 2021 but left for the same reason. No manager ever answers the phone then you have multiple customers turning up and getting angry at the buyer which is not his fault as he waits for a manager to pick up the phone. All the managers need to have a big think how they could treat there staff better as it’s embarrassing
Having used WBAC a few times I have been a satisfied customer. Once again the efficiency and on site service were great. However for the first time I was selling a more expensive car in very good condition. I was honest on the app regarding some corrosion on an alloy wheel which dropped the price £150. Fair enough. However the price I was given was £500 less due to 'wear and tear'. This seems to be standard for any car that is not in showroom condition. This was a 5 year old car so it does seem reasonable that this should be factored in. Just left me feeling a bit hard done by.
I was extremely pleased with the help I received. Very efficient especially the young man who dealt with me at the depot.he was extremely polite .i would definitely recommend to everyone.especially to anyone elderly as I am,he was very respectful. The process was very easy to arrange online and then to deliver the car to them.
Good service from them... don't go there expecting to get your offer price as they take a couple of things into account which normally take money away...... but got rid of a car as new one on the way .
Very polite and pleasant gentleman assessed my car, explained everything clearly and detailed the valuation which was very fair and the whole experience was easy and took less than ten minutes. Would highly recommend this service
Sam could not have been more helpful. He was focused knowledgeable and very professional. The process was well managed and simple to follow and we got a fair deal. Highly recommended
More than a little disappointed, having sat in the office for over 30mins waiting for a valuation or even a member of staff for a pre booked appointment. There was no one in the office and even asked the lock and store staff member if he had any ideas where they might be. Tried calling but the phone/tablet in the office just kept ringing. Also supprised that a camera, tablet and some car keys were just on show along with v5 documents. Office had a very unpleasant odour and given all the doors were open I was very supprised the keys were not put away.
We were offered £470 on line but when we got to the office they knocked £120 off because of a tiny bit of rust. Not very happy.
Unprofessional service , crooks and breach data protection as no privacy when other customers can hear my credentials being read out loud ! Highly unimpressed.AVOID!
Easy and quick process. They paid my finance off and paid me the remaining amount of the cars value. Fair price, I definitely recommend them.
