Absolutely outstanding service right from the start. Special thanks to Jon, Leanne, Mike and especially Kevin, for all your kindness and help. I explained from the start that the car was for my son and that I lived too far away from the garage and my son, the garage made sure my son was happy and kept me in the loop all the way through the process, it really has been hassle free. Thank you again for your wonderful service. Will defiantly be using your services again. Thank you from a very happy customer.
Really disappointed with the customer service. I told them at Branksome my car is almost up for finance, I have a job that depends heavily on my car so I need help asap, they were quick to take a deposit off of myself and my husband but then when they went to sort out the finance forms they didn't call us, we've phoned many times to get updates, finally got through 2 days later and they said "we need some more information on the form" I was quite shocked that I had to phone them for them to tell me they needed more information and give me an update. This was 2 days after seeing them face to face! Not only that when we were in there they didn't even let us look around the bloody car. The next day still no phone call I ended up phoning 3 times to be told I'll be called back but never was. All the staff kept fobbing us off on the phone. In the end we got so fed up so we went to the Christchurch team who I must add are a LOT nicer and more informative. Why I even bothered with Branksome I have no idea. Absolutely appalling. You'd think from previous reviews you would of learnt by now. Anyone reading this save some time and go to Christchurch branch instead.
Just don’t buy a Vauxhall, if your van or car gets broken it will take ages to be fixed. In my case I had to rent a van to carry on with my job. The cost could have covered repairs and I would have had my van back very quickly. So what’s the point having a warranty?
Picked up my new Mokka today. Excellent service by everyone at Eden. Especially Mike Stone who sold us the car! Very patient showing me all the tech stuff, I may have remembered some of it!! Thankyou so much, lovely experience.
The best customer service you can ever experience. We have been their customers for many years .We have always been happy with their cars. Special thanks to Tiago who found the perfect car for our family’s requirements.
It takes me a lot to leave a negative review and unfortunately I’m having to do so. After previously having a bad experience with this dealership I decided to give them another chance by booking my car in for a service. Emailed twice to book my car in and each time hear back 3-4 days later offering me a date. Having replied within an hour they then don’t reply for another 3 days saying that date is fully booked so I decided to call. I’ve now tried calling 4 times and each time been left on hold for at least 10 minutes. They have the option to leave your number for them to call back which I’ve done and not received any communication from them. I understand that they are busy but it is really poor service and I will most certainly not been returning after my first bad experience which I won’t go into here. Always had excellent experience at the Exeter branch it’s just a shame I had to move.
Ali in the sales team is very, very rude. Asked a simple question and laughed down the phone. "I'm not being funny, but why would I value your car when we have more cars on the way?". No concept of securing future business even after I said I would come back for another car. Would not recommend.
Yesterday afternoon I called in to speak to the service section regarding a tyre displacement light that had suddenly appeared on my Corsa’s dashboard. The person that I spoke to wasn’t very interested and I got the impression that he couldn’t wait to get rid of me. I have had the vehicle for 5 days now. If that’s the level of service I am going to get then I won’t darken your doorstep again.
The most seamless process from start to finish. Huge thanks to Tiago for making the process so easy, and for making me feel at ease the entire time and for making me laugh!! Customer service is outstanding!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Kept the car for over two months, no communication over charged. Save your money and time and go to a proper garage
