Laura was fantastic. I enquired with many other Audi branches in London but no one was helpful or cared! She was amazing and so prompt. She knew what she was talking about and was very honest and transparent throughout the whole process. It’s a shame I didn’t get to meet her as she was off sick the week of my collection day, but Matthew was there handing over and he was brilliant too! I drove all the way down from London and it was worth the 3h journey leaving at 5am! Couldn’t recommend Audi Poole and Laura enough! Will be back and you have a lifelong Audi customer now!

I purchased a 2019 Audi RS4 for over £40,000 and initially thought it was a fantastic car. It came with a two-year warranty, which gave me confidence in the purchase.nHowever, after only 8 months of ownership and around 4,000 miles of driving, I took the car to Audi for a service and health check. I was then informed that the brake pads and discs needed replacing, along with a suspension component. None of these repairs were covered under the warranty, leaving me facing a bill of around £4,000.nI submitted a complaint, but Audi rejected it, stating that these were wear-and-tear items and therefore my responsibility. I found this difficult to accept given how little I had driven the car since purchasing it.nI then escalated the matter to the Ombudsman. Initially, they advised that I appeared to have a case, but after their investigation they concluded there was insufficient evidence to prove the brakes were already in that condition when I bought the vehicle. Audi’s position was that brake pads and discs can sometimes require replacement after as little as 1,000 miles, depending on driving style.nI know how I drive and how lightly I use the brakes, and I firmly believe the condition of the brakes existed at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, without evidence from an independent inspection carried out shortly after buying the car, I was unable to prove this.nBased on my experience, I would not buy from this dealership again, and I would not rely solely on their pre-sale inspection. My advice to anyone purchasing a used Audi would be to have the vehicle independently inspected as soon as possible after purchase, as it could save a great deal of frustration and expense later on.

I recently purchased an A1 and experienced a few issues with the sensors shortly after. Mark, the Service Manager, handled everything efficiently from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure the problems were resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks to his professionalism and dedication, I got my vehicle back without unnecessary delays. I really appreciate his support and would like to thank him for the excellent service.
