Great service. A friend had recommended their service saying that nothing was too much trouble. And he was right, offered me latte and biscuits every time I visited. Very friendly and helpful .

I used to love this place but after moving to their new premises, I feel like the actual service level had dropped with things not having been done when collecting car and often waiting a long time to get paperwork done.

Great service and their new showroom is outstanding.  Staff are always friendly and highly efficient.  Atmosphere is very relaxed and the range of services available is wide and comprehensive.

Waste of time and money. I was told £60 would cover diagnosis of issues with my A5. It told me what I had already told them. Then they wanted up to 2hrs to find problem. After 2 hrs maybe need just another 5hrs to put all the computers back. Local Bosch specialist found the issue in a couple of hrs and it wasnt any of the computers. How much longer would it have taken them to fault find my cars problem? It cost me over £300 and all they could tell me was that my gearbox oil needed changing. Wait - why were they checking my gearbox oil when the car was in for an electrical fault? Never again
