My daughter recently purchased a used car from this company. The vehicle developed a oil problem which was not technically covered under the warranty issued at purchase. However, after a discussion with Matt he has agreed to fix this problem free of charge. It is so encouraging to deal with a company willing to go the extra mile to ensure they have a happy customer. Well done to Matt and Bournemouth and Poole Car sales. In view of their general attitude and how they have quickly dealt with this issue I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used car and also looking for good professional customer service.

Don't buy any cars for them! AVOID THIS COMPANY! I bought a car from this people and the car had a faulty. They ask me to pay for the repair. I just had the car one month. I fight for the part be repaired buy them not by me because under the consumers rights to act 2015 the goods you buy for any company they must be in the goods satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described when it sold them. The gearbox box of my car was leaking oil after a month. Because the clutch had a faulty when the car was sold to me. I contact the financial company explaining the situation as the Trader wants me to pay for the repair of the gearbox. Financial company organised an independent specialist to come and have a look at the car to make sure it wasn't my fault. The report from the specialist says the Trader must pay for the repair of the car because the car was sold with that faulty. I paid for the repair of the gearbox box, cost me £1300 and the Trader have paid for the new clutch, cost them maximum £500. I paid because the garage of the Trader wants to charge me for the car been in them garage and because they will need to pay upfront for the repair of the gearbox. Now you can see the nightmare you will have with this guys if you buy a faulty car from them. I will need to go through to the solicitors for get my £1300 back. The best advice I can give is, AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE.

Excellent service very professional all round and I didn't feel like I was being pushed in to buying thanks again to matt and Darren car dealers of the world take note this is how conduct business.

Excellent service, from making our initial enquiry to 48 hours later having the deal done and dusted. Matt is a great professional and was a pleasure to do business with - no hard selling or pushiness, just a nice guy willing to help. Will be recommending to anybody I know that is after a new car!

Second car I have purchased from here, the staff go out of there way to ensure that you are happy, no pushy sales or gimmicks, have a great car selection to choose from, I imagine I will be back for one next year! Thanks guys!
