Very disappointed that staff could not acknowledge that Westover scratched the rear quarter panel during the fitment of battery conditioner in the boot, no apology received "not sure how that happened" is not acceptable! They did take the car back to resolve, however leaves you upset that your car got scrtached in the first place.

Seemed to put out when we wanted to test drive an e-pace, although a gentleman was kind enough to take us for a spin in an F-Pace later. Mercedes seemed more eager to sell their cars.

Called in to test drive Xe r sport at the Poole showroom, no car available and was told I would get a call when one was available, a month later no call so called to arrange. Refused to allow a test drive as I could not guarantee my company would lease through them ! Very short sighted as far as I am concerned as they would of benefitted from the servicing etc. Shame quite fancied the Jag.

Wanted to buy a new f type in red. Was told three times by salesman Tony that the vehicle was not available in red. Since learned that IT IS AVAILABLE IN RED....WELL CONNED.. Will either have RED replacement without further cost or issue County Court summons for damages. The white f type has now done 50 miles and will not be used until problem sorted out.

Lucky Mr Barber. Sill awaiting response to letter written over a week ago. Not surprised. Customer Service has a whole new meaning here JUST HAD ANOTHER WEEK OF BEING IGNORED. They must have a lot of problems to sort out!
