Receptionist is ALWAYS very helpful and staff at passports exceeded my expectations, again. My son was very moved to get a little booklet and a note with his passport once it arrived as well. Very pleasant visit this time. Got in before my 2pm appointment, we could wait inside, customer service very good! Got my passport renewed quickly. Smiley faces makes all the difference!!
One of the worst embassy to submit for schengen visa as i got refused my first ever schengen visa submission last month by finnish embassy saying unproper documents.. i believe i had submitted all my documents and didnt even go for booking dummy flight tickets and hotel bookings .. all are booked and confirmed as they can see the amount deducted through my bank statements which i submitted… it makes me a total loss , waste of time and put me down completely as i had a strong wish to travel to helsinki.. i advice not to sumbit through finnish embassy .
Change the appointment system! and allow your nationals to renew their passports easily. It is extremely stressful, and the operator tells you different times for when the appointments are released. Also, a lack of clarity on their website is also another issue. Please make it clear when new slots open so we know when to book. It is always booked out and so you have to wait another month for new slots to open. There is also a lack of clarity on emergency passport renewals! if you need it tell them and they have to Fastrack you. My experience in the past has been okay as a teenager. It would be better if the staff recognised us and were more friendly. They are mostly serious. Also the location is convenient and easy to find via Google Maps.

More than excellent, all staff here are very friendly and supportive. I was supposed to come there to pick up my paper, however, I was delayed by the immigration process at the airport and couldn't come earlier. However, the embassy understanded my situation and waited for me until 6:30pm while their working time already passed. When I came, they welcomed me with wonderful smiles. Thanks all of you so much. I extremely appreciate their help. Without this support, I can't start my project on time as well as cost a lot of money because of changing flight, schedules, ect.

Really awesome the employees and working process of visa services with rules and regulations but if ur applying for visit visa you need to take appointment from VFS global services
Fast and quick. Very efficient. Best embassy hands down.
They answer emails so fast and are so helpful to give you information about anything you need. They process all applications for everything very fast and efficiently both my husband schengen visas and my lost/expired/changed passports and if there is a que there is max 1 or 2 people ahead of me ever. When we voted for president there were even cakes served at the embassy and we felt like a little community and had a good time despite voting for different presidents :
