Great cinema. Clean and convenient.nParking wasnt amazing compared to other cinemas I've visited before. Paying for parking was limited and with no service in there, it was inconvenient.nThe sound in the cinema was not loud enough as we coulf hear everyone else eating and we were only 10people in there..nThe chairs werent for small kids. My kid sat down and the seat just closed with him in it. Definitely need to look into that one.
The place had good snacks, clear screen and a mostly cleaned theater rooms may have been the staff of the night, will do more research. I will say that a lot of their chairs are broken and may not be up to date on the roster as i pickes an open seat but it wound up being broken by missing the actual seat part you sit on haha. The bathroom was pretty clean with little smell so that was nice. Workers customer service skills were good too though you could tell some did not want to be there haha. Family friendly but make sure not to go back in the lobby without your ticket or they may not let you back in I was not mad about this as it's good to do so due to movie hopping.
I visited the cinema with my daughter and was initially being helped by a lovely staff member at the counter. Midway through our interaction, a manager—a dark-haired man with a distinctive appearance particularly his eyes—came over and interrupted. He repeatedly pressured the employee to upsell additional items to me, despite it being clear that I wasn’t interested. The staff member seemed uncomfortable and appeared to recognise my reluctance, but the manager persisted until I had to shut it down myself. I did not appreciate feeling intimidated into spending more money, especially in front of my child, and it spoiled what should have been a pleasant experience for both of us.
The staff are very friendly as nice, so no complaints there. I do wish the seats were more comfortable considering you sit in them for long periods of time. There was also a strange smell in the hallway near the toilets i will leave it to your imagination what kind of smell. The movie theatre we watched the movie in room 1 had a bright light that didn’t turn off so if you sit at the very top near us advise bringing a cap/ hat to block the light slightly!
Good but a bit sad, carpets are sticky, decor seems tired and it needs more damn people and atmosphere.nnBut prices are high, cost of living is high and people can't afford it so much these days and that's a shame because the cinemas are struggling.
