Been using the launderette for over 13 years and have never had a problem but the past 3 times I have been there it looks like a mess, there are bags of clothes all over the floor and the staff are not interested in customer service. It’s just a standard launderette now, washes and drys the clothes but no family feel anymore. I won’t be going back, will try and find another local one.

Previously professionally run by 2 friendly brothers for whom exemplary customer care came naturally; the current management are patronising and far less conscientious or knowledgable. In my experience, the laundrette has not opened on time, but once in the machines do the job.

I used the Washers and Dryers at Washbox today, they work well and the price is competitive. Shout out to Hasan who works there and was really helpful to me!

Thank god for The Wash Box, and for Dan's patience and conversation. Good machines, price better than my local place, clean premises, might just sack off our temperamental home washing machine and come here every week instead :
