Was sure based on the website, as I always feel if something appears to be too good to be true it probably is. Not in this case, I could have happily bought online, but I live close and drove down and the team were very supportive in ensuring I got the most 'bang for my buck' when it came to my TV options. No hard sell, just honest, fair knowledgeable feedback which led to me leaving with exactly what I wanted. Great place, will buy all tv's from hear in future

Bought a TV from here nearly five years ago and it's still going strong! Got it for a great price, no deception or mis-selling, the TV was in excellent condition as advertised and is still working perfectly five years later. I had seen a lot of bad reviews from people who ordered online, so I recommend visiting the store in person. It allows you to check out the TV yourself, they tested the item for me to show it was working fine, made sure the remote it is supplied with is working the first one they tried with the TV I bought didn't work, so they got me a second which did, and if you are transporting it yourself, you don't have to worry about couriers mishandling it especially if you are buying a TV with some damage already.

Had my TV delivered yesterday,couriers were polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble, TV is in immaculate condition a real good buy,will definitely be using them again for a second TV I would recommend.

I bought a fantastic LG 55 TV from this company and this being my 1st dealings with them everything was brilliant, the unit  I purchased is outstanding, and I can't even see the declared so called fault on the screenthis company is my new go to TV outletthe delivery team are 1st class and even opened the box so I could inspect the screen and they stayed saw me plug in the TV to ensure it was working excellent  5 Admitted its only been 3 weeks but I'm over the moon with my purchase

I have brought 3k sony bravia tv from these guys 2 years ago an still very good going.  Only issue was that it didn't come in sony tv box. But everything else was mint.  After reading some other reviews on money back guarantee am just thinking to goto currys or amazon... well see...

I have purchased several televisions from the store as have many of my friends and family ~ never  known any problems   Yesterday purchased another TV - fancied an upgrade on the decorated chimney wall and went for another 55”… Always chosen Samsung and LG and can’t see the difference, if I’m honest.. Once again, the customer service is  as is the TV

I like their friendly dealings especially the staff whose name is Ali . We can get tvs in half price or More than that with small scratches or defects externally.

TV started only to sign for receiving. As soo as you let it 2...3 min to work nothing shows on screen anymore. Zero for this company

I recommend you try it out as they have got the best variety of TVs at good prices. Wide range of TVs to chose from. Give them a try.

Ordered a TV which was very reasonably priced, and I had a small issue after it had arrived. Contacted them on the phone, spoke to a really nice guy who asked me to email over some details. My issue was fully resolved within a day. Very impressed. Would definitely use again.
