We came in earlier today and were served by Marvin, he was super helpful and cheerful and willing to give as much insight as possible on the products! He served us coffee as we looked around and came to a decision, was a lovely experience and would highly recommend for brilliant lighting!
Such a splendid lighting company and have such a helpful, knowledgeable and friendly team. Robert was especially extremely helpful and patient with us, he patiently discussed all the necessary details to help us to pick exactly the right lighting option for the front room. It looks so much better in location in our home and we're extremely grateful to have popped in the shop to take a look at the options. No other lighting company comes close to Lightcraft/NHS!. Honestly it is as a good lighting shop as you could want and the staff are impeccable in their assistance towards people. If you ever need lighting for the home, this is Literally THE ONLY shop that you need to visit.
Great shop with lots of variety and styles of lights to choose from. The staff were all friendly and approachable. Marwan was fantastic at guiding us to choose the correct lights for our home. He was very informative and knowledgable. Highly recommend!
First time I've visited litecraft in Erdington today and i was blown away by the quality, selection and pricing!! Bought lights for my entire house today!! Definitely worth a visit. The lady that served us Sabita was absolutely fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed!!

Lot of posh and lovely lights on their first floor and discount or clearance lighting on second floor. Didn't know there is parking area for customers at the back which is great. Quite hard finding car park nearby the area.
Was served today by Kirsty and was impressed with her customer service. She was very friendly, polite and helpful and would highly recommend 'Litecraft' for all your lighting
