Great store with fantastic range of electronic products. I received excellent customer service from both Steve and Bernie. Both were knowledgeable, earnest, friendly, approachable and the consumate professionals in my dealings with them. Made a purchase and will definitely be going back again in the future. No other retailer offers the 6 year Guarantee 'Richer Sounds' provides on its TVs.
Brilliant service as always. I got a discount on the sale price of the TV I wanted and the bracket I needed, they paid for my parking and helped me carry the TV to the car park around the corner. Well worth a trip and much better than just buying from Amazon
Where do I start?? The staff at this store are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful especially a gentleman called Simon I believe this man is an asset to the branch. The level of service I received from him from the time I initially called the store and even after I purchased was nothing but outstanding. Originally I called the store to check and reserve a sound bar which Simon did for me but when I went into the store he recommended another and I’m so glad that he did the sound bar he suggested was fantastic these guys really know there stuff. I would most definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great deal, customer service and knowledgeable staff.
Cannot fault this place. Always helpful, no push selling, went in to buy a TV and was just before closing and they were happy to assist even after closing. I apologise d for keeping them but they never made me feel I was keeping them back. I have used them ever since for my family where new TVs are needed.
I'd seen nothing but high praise for the company and this store, and on my first visit today I can confirm it is all justified. It was pretty busy but I still got all the help I needed and was made to feel like I was the only person that mattered at the time, which is something that many places fail to manage, or even come close to. Demo room is brilliant, and really helped me confirm the choices I'd made before committing to a substantial purchase. Truly great example of why specialist 'bricks-and'mortar' businesses will always have a considerable edge over online retailers, and why you should sometimes be willing to spend a bit more to support a great business in your area. Will be returning for any home entertainment purchases that come up, as this place really is unbeatable. Highly recommended.
Can't be faulted. We've been going to the Birmingham branch for years. They have excellent products at great prices but more importantly, the staff are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy. Highly recommended.
Just spent some time in the demonstration room with Cliff the store manager looking at a variety of products. Cliff was absolutely top rank and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive with the TV and audio equipment we were interested in. We will definitely be buying some items from Richer Sounds shortly. Could not recommend enough! Superb company and staff!

Much better dealing in store with these guys once you've done some Internet research, rather than buying online. They have the knowledge and everything at their finger tips. Great customer service.
This is what great customer service looks like! The staff are exceptional in both how they deal with their customers and around product knowledge. I was guided to the best possible options given my budget and requirements. A chap at the Birmingham store called Rehan was extremely helpful every step of the way, from demoing equipment to offering sound advice around audio setup, he is a huge asset to have for your business. The products sold at Richer Sounds are hugely competitive price-wise and I will no doubt be taking my business there in the future. Keep up the good work
