4 times i've had the pleasure of dealing with this company. Once for an expensive purchase and 3 times for advice. Professional, courteous and knowledgable. That's all i can ask for.
Item didn’t turn up, these things happen from time to time, but when I contacted the call centre both on the phone and by email I received terrible customer service. Now use Crawford Metal Detectors and the customer service is 100% .
On more than one occasion I have dealt with these guys and I have to say that their customer service is totally unrivalled. From start to finish they go way beyond any other company in any other business that I know of. A special thanks to Aaron who is a credit to Regton and himself. Truly amazing service!!!
Went to Regtons today for a repair on my old Deus 1, and I can honestly say that the customer service I received from Aaron was absolutely first class.
Think hard before buying from this company, detector sent for repair machine still in warrenty. Sent back to France apparently 8 weeks ago, no response from Regton after several emails. Still no Detector since then. Grim.
I wanted to purchase the new Deus 2 earlier this month. When i attempted to log onto the web it had crashed. I then attempted to phone them but as you can imagine, the phones were engaged due to the huge demand of this new machine. When i did finally get through, the member of staff was extremely helpful in processing my order. It was due for delivery the following Monday but i actually received the next day Saturday You can't get better service than that! I have bought all my detectors over the years from them for the exceptional customer service Thank You Regton Team
Ordered a Cscope 770xd for my young son as its s great starter detector. Regton where very quick dispatching my item and received it from DPD in 24hrs. Packaged very well too. Would highly recommend their business
IV been a detectorist for 25 + years and have never had such bad customer service , sent my xp HF Coil of 2 1/2 weeks ago as there was a charging problem, called to ask for an update was told I'd get a call back that day nothing , called the following day for an update was told I'd get a call back nothing yet again called the next day for someone to say there's nothing wrong with it there end and charges fine...!!! I have 2 charges can they both be faulty I don't think so , coil is being delivered back today so will see if it works or not , if not I'll be posting another poor service review and quality review , being a xp Deus user for over 10 years there service to customers is getting worse ...
Regton Metal Detectors Customer service is not 1 but 10 . Had a small problem with a crack in the handle of a Garrett Apex, which had been boxed up in the USA, but not a problem for Regton MD, they got it sorted within 3 days of me sending an email to Garrett in the states. Their customer service should be a model of how any company deals with after sales & RMD were not even the company that sold me the detector. Great work, well pleased.
