Had to visit the store as my niece who was visiting me had a problem with her iPhone. The staff were helpful & friendly & booked her in with a technician the same day. The building is really impressive inside & they had seats whilst we waited for the technician to re-boot her phone.
Friendly staff, good use of technology shouldn't be surprised though, it is Apple!. Great display of device prototype with all relevant price information. In regards to repairs, the staff gave detailed information on what needs to be done, how it will be done, and price impact of the action. Cool place.
Making a purchase was extremely easy with the great technology used as well as the friendly and helpful service. It’s great to go and take a look at a device or devices you may buy as well as being able to use them in store so you can get a feel of what the experience is like. This makes it helpful as you know what’s best for you.
I traveled 2 hrs to get there to collect my 14 Pro dark purple and I was ready to pay full. I don’t know why they didn’t trust me and they asked for my physical id as I unfortunately forgot. Being an apple faan for 6 yrs l. I’m really sad about this day. Apple
Great service. It was busy two days before Christmas. But I was put on a waiting list and within 10 minutes someone came over. Managed well. The representative helped me choose a Macbook and price matched the lowest price online without me even asking. Explained the warranty and the Apple care option that you can buy within 60 days. All in all, this was great service and what you pay for when you buy Apple.
Great products as usual, shame about the 2 staff I first encountered when entering. The lady was on her own I looked at her she looked away, I then walk up to her and ask if she can help, she points me to another man. Also noticed 3 staff chatting amongst themselves but no one really helping or even smiling. Dull experience. On the plus the building is beautiful and the third gentleman who served me was great.
Always incredibly efficient. Booked an appointment for a battery replacement for my iPhone and this was completed with little fuss and in only about an hour while I went for breakfast. Staff all friendly and knowledgeable.
well, it’s an Apple Store. acoustics are weird because of the insanely high ceiling but that’s hardly the point. very friendly staff I think his name was Marc. just great to see, that spending 1000£ on a phone makes it possible for Apple to rent a place like this.
One of the coolest apple showroom I've ever seen. It's majestic and has all the up to date models for trial and to buy. You get huge variety of straps for apple I watch. I personally bought magic keyboard.
I was severely embarrassed today by a white woman in her mid-20s or early 30s with dark hair and glasses. I waited patiently to receive assistance. "Do not stare at me, I'm finding it hard to do my work, go to somebody else," she said angrily, raising her voice. I expected professionalism and high training standards from an Apple employee, but instead received revolting behaviour! It is embarrassing to suggest training your workers better!
