I work for emergency services so visit lots of residential homes, supported living etc and I am always very impressed visiting here. The staff genuinely care, the staff know their residents inside out and always go the extra mile for their residents, this is something we rarely see.  Not just the carers but the manager also cares for each and every resident and nothing is too much trouble.

Staff very friendy. Residents seem really happy and cared for. Great communal area and amenities. Secure location and also double security doors on entry so a safe place.
