The shop assistant knew nothing about the camera  I was interested in.

I trsveleed from Buckingham to the Sony centre in Birmingham Resort World and  Tom and the Manager helped me with recovering my pictures from an old Sony phone when the call centre was impersonal and unhelpful. This store couldn't do enough to help me. This is how customer service should be. Thanks alot
