Excellent service both friendly and prompt. I ordered the bass guitar pack on a Friday and it was with me by the Monday. I did have a missing item and it was quickly sorted and I had by the Thursday. The customer service was amazing and was quick to get back to me. Which seems to be in rare supply nowadays so it was refreshing to see. Would and have already recommended to others.
Fantastic speedy overnight delivery. Great price for the product which included the delivery. £20 Cheaper than Amazon. I'm really enjoying my Vonyx LM65. Thanks Electromarket! Updated 07/02/24 Today I received my second Vonyx LM65 which was a B stock item and Vonyx stand. This item had to be exchanged as the first B stock speaker had some issues. Electromarket customer service was excellent and a collection and delivery of the replacement was arranged with no drama. I'm really pleased with the condition of the replacement and happy with the saving over new. I'm also very happy to find the required link cable included at no extra cost. My shopping experience with Electromarket has been excellent and as I'm just starting out in my DJ career I'm sure we'll have a long and happy association!! I've bought more gear from Electromarket and experienced the same high standards I've come to expect. Vonyx VSA 120s PA speakers, Beamz S500 smoke machine, Party bar 1 and a DJ booth. I'm very happy with everything.
Absolutely awesome piece of kit. Great service from the guys at the Thrrock depot. Click and collected on site within 15 minutes. The system will take 12 speakers. I have connected 10 speakers so far including a pair of 150 watt vintage Jamo's. The Bluetooth connection is very easy. The sound is very clear and very loud. Ground shaking bass and the clarity of a big name brand. Throughly recommend.

A small issue with a cable was dealt with promptly by a very friendly and helpful staff member Russell and a replacement arrived the next day. Bought for my daughters 12th birthday, she sings musical theatre in shows and we wanted a pa system she can use to perform at small events but also enjoy with her sister and friends at home, this one having the karaoke stand for a phone or tablet has been perfect, my 8 year old has been singing on it constantly since we bought it. It's light enough for them to wheel about, lights look great and the sound is really good. It's way better than I was expecting for the money. Highly recommended
We were looking to replace our sound system at our church but nobody had enough tech knowledge to know what we needed to get to replace it. What a great Company Great People amazing customer service. I ordered some speakers which were a bit to big for my needs. So I phoned customer services and in no time at at all delivered different size and collected the other all within 24 Hours of the call
Fantastic service !!! Found this company online but as my knowledge in DJ equipment is very limited I decided to call the Customer Service , Jordan was very Patient and helpful answering all my questions which helped me purchase the product that was the best for our needs. We had a small hiccup so I called back and got assisted by Jordan again and to my surprise all was resolved without any hassle. Will definitely purchase in the future more dj equipment from this company.
