Cavefit is truly awesome! In 45 minutes you'll have challenged yourself physically and mentally through a great circuit session comprising of 35 different exercises. I'm feeling fitter, stronger, and more confident in myself. The sessions are well run by an experienced professional (Pete), and the people attending are of all abilities and friendly. Get yourself along and challenge yourself!

Petes a great trainer and the facilities are top notch. I have tried many different forms of training this one is by far the best - so easy to get motivated and feel great after it. I attended for 6 weeks before I injured myself ( outside the gym!) and lost near 2 stone in 6 weeks - looking forward to coming back soon. Friendly faces and no one judging you, you just get on with your own thing to best of your ability and you soon see the changes !

Ive always struggled with the thought of doing any kind of "weights" at the gym, I find it very boring and monotonous. However at cavefit its the very opposite! Every week the routine changes and challenges you. Ive found all the people very welcoming and willing to help if u get a bit lost the first few times. Peter teaches you the correct technique so you know how to do the exercises properly and guides you through every class which is a great help. I always walk away feeling motivated. This class is well worth it!
