AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I've arranged for an appointment today at 3:30pm and they even sent an automated confirmation SMS. But the surgery was closed (according to their opening hours they should have been open too) and they didn't notify me of this. I was also going to collect my long overdue prescriptions (that they were well aware of and have been treating like this appointment for 2 weeks). Extremely irresponsible bastards.

Extremely rude receptionist, put the phone down on me before I had the chance to ask a question. This is an unacceptable example patient care and really disheartening for someone who struggles from social anxiety.

First of all I would like to say how brilliant the receptionists are Jazz, Jude and Rani you all do great work, and the doctors are always brilliant to, they are helpful and try and resolve everything they can. I would highly recommend Clayhall clinic.

Been here for 32 years...was misdiagnosed with reflux despite complaining about severe chest pain, non stop coughing and shortness of breath for months, my request to see a pulmonogist was denied...i was diagnosed with heart failure at the last stage....now need a transplant..all my neighbours of 32 years have left this practise and now i have to too...i was not taken seriously..these people are seriously incompetent!
