Amazing customer service. Me and Mum had a problem with our tire while visiting an unknown area. Was attended to straight away, quick service and polite friendly staff. Would highly recommend and use again.

Terrible service!! List incorrect issues on an MOT failure then the admin staff become rude as you are pointing out the issue!! Waited 2.5 hours for an MOT.  The staff openly gossip about customers which makes others very uncomfortable.  The are poor technicians who can not be relied in.

I would never take my car back here again! One of the engineers drove my car through a speed camera over 40mph setting the flash off on the main road by the garage and they so kindly didn't even phone me to let me know so I had to give the police their details when the letter came through the post for a prosecution! Not to mention when my car was fixed it had been left unlocked all night when any Tom dick or Harry could of nicked it absolutely unacceptable and shocking customer service!

Dynes recovered my colleague's van from the M26.  The recovery driver Ashley was efficient, professional & a real credit to the company.  Top job all round!

My car has been dynes two weeks now just for a miss fire no one calls to give an update as to what is happening when I call them you wait for 30 mins to get through as the receptionist for m.o.t and service tends to ignore the fone as I have experience for myself they quoted me £175 to fix my car and then came back a week later to say they ordered the wrong part and the right one would be an extra £100 and even accepting that the car still has not been fixed. The customer service given by the staff is as if your bothering them.
