Polite and efficient customer service and I would recommend to others. I did have a couple of teething problems with my 2 year old For Galaxy, and one of them required main dealer intervention. The company were supportive in sorting out the issues and Neil, the sales director, was honourable to deal with.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the teething problems were pretty obvious and should have been picked up by their workshop during the pre-delivery service.

Good quality of cars, I was unable to attend mid week to collect my car due to work commitments, so they allowed for me to collect on Saturday which goes against their usual policy. Staff was friendly and helpful

so got the car in sep 2017, i had a look at the car and looked clean and did not look like it had been in a knock. i even asked if the car was a cat C or D he stated no. well after having some one hit me. i noticed filler and old damage. guys stay away from this place.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Called up on Friday regarding viewing a car, got a girl who sounded like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Told me a Mark would call me straight back, never happened! 
Went to the office Monday to view the car, stood there for a minute or 2 at the desk whilst the girl chewed her nails and stared out the window. 
Asked about the vehicle which has just been sold, I expressed my dissatisfaction as I had called up days ago to view the car. They couldn't care less, just a oh sorry! Didn't see if they could offer me anything else at a similar price. Too busy standing around chatting! Avoid, give your money to someone else.

Have bought a few cars from here over the years for myself and have recently helped purchase one for my elderly and arthritic Mum. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, taking time to explain the features of the car, and the warranty and other paperwork, and allow for the less mobile buyer! Will definitely look here again when coming to replace my vehicle.
