I visit this store a lot and have nothing but positive things to say.nTreat the staff how you would want to be treated yourself and you’ll get fantastic service.nI was in the store yesterday and witnessed some awful behaviour from an older gent that was handled fantastically by the staff.nGreat store selling good products, keep up the good work.

My doctor recommended sketchers as my feet are in a bad state!! Went in and saw salim. Abdul ganihu. Very good advice! Also picked out some good socks! Also met Miriam who advised me on a tee shirt! Both of these guys are highly intelligent international students turned out immaculately!! I also met Jack on the tills who was only 22! He’s got some great teachers!! I will be back to buy another pair of sketchers!! Brilliant sales team!!mark

One of the best sports direct I've been in. The map pin  did need correcting as it showed SD where Hobbycraft is... I suggested an edit to fix that tho.nnGreat staff, great selection. 2 floors.nClearly a big stock taker for the district as I always find a bargain here in their slightly larger than normal reduced section which is always great when looking at the bigger brands.

Please someone train those staffs to know how to deal with customers or recruit people who actually want to be there.nIt was the least busy Sports Direct I have been to and yet the staff is pathetic. I did find what I needed after 1.5 hours of looking around. On the way out I asked the lady cashier on the ground floor if she could help me find my hat as I accidentally left it behind. She nodded no. Wouldn’t even speak. I may not have spent a fortune just about £121 but atleast act alive!nOn the way out I asked security who seemed to have placed it in probably the dirtiest threshold by the door and gave it to me.

I went in there for a Tottenham kit and found the shirt but could not find the shorts or socks, so I asked at the till and the lady said that they are rarely in stock and that's when a little voice said I think we do stock them and they should be over with the other shorts which I found. I asked the same question about the socks and pretty much got the same answer but then that voice popped up again and said I believe we do have them and took me over to find them, which she did, she has found the whole kit for me. I really appreciate good service and good knowledge of your store and luckily for me Chloe behind the counter was amazing at her job and I spent twice as much
