I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stefano in relation to my MOT these past 3 years and I cannot speak highly enough to how helpful he is and a joy to engage with. He has singlehandedly raised the standard of what it means to deliver excellent customer service. Having had numerous encounters with him over a long period of time it is striking to me that this standard and willingness to exceed expectations has been unwavering. Stefano makes a tedious, and often frustratingly costly, process involved with car ownership as frictionless as possible. The many annoyances of modern life would be less so with more of his kind in it.
The staff at this company are very courteous and respectful. They always greet the customers with a smile and offer their assistance whenever needed. They are well-trained and knowledgeable about the products and services they provide. They are also very attentive and responsive to any feedback or complaints. They strive to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Poor customer service. Took my vehicle in for diagnosis, as I had an issue with my window and my steering controls for the multimedia. Turned up to collect vehicle, even though on the tracker my car said it was ready…. Waited a further 45 minutes.nAs I had warranty, I was told on the phone when booking the diagnosis would be covered. When my car was ready I was billed £165.00 for a repair which I wasn’t expecting. I had no communication from the garage to start work on my car, I didn’t signed or approve any works to go ahead, was told I cannot have my key until I make the payment. I then had to pay to get my car back and was told to call the warranty team to claim back the money. Called the Ford protect number, who then referred me back to the garage. The garage then referred me to the claims department, who then told me that the garage hadn’t even produced any paper work on the work done. I was then referred back o the garage where I had asked to speak to the service manager, where the lady on the phone said they will get them to call me asap. No phone call received. Then I called back again, when I was told there was no notes or anything added to my complaint. I was then told again they will be in touch, 4 phone calls to them later, I still haven’t received any communication from them to get my money back. I wouldn’t have paid out to have this issue resolved as it didn’t impact my driving, I thought “I might as-well seeing as I pay over £200 a year for my warranty”. Customer service from Ford has been absolutely disgusting, seems as if they don’t want to know or even care. 100% recommend not to use their warranty or even their own in house garage, as I’m still having issues with the volume of the steering wheel, where I really can’t be bothered to go through all of this again.nUnacceptable !!
