Have used Pets at home for many years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The Vets are superb, with a special mention for Alice who guided us through a painful parting with our beloved Alfie a few years ago and now is tasked with doing the same for us with Maudie. We have nothing but praise for her kindness and empathy. A well deserved 5 Stars !

Went to buy some fish. Wouldn't sell us more than 2 tiny fish for a 50L tank? Acted all arrogant and rude. Like to get more than three fish you need a tank the size of a car? Madness. Also a lot of the fish were dead.  They have tanks that hold 20+ with very little amounts of room? But my 50L tank is too small for more than three. Just terrible customer service

Good place for getting food and accessories for my Hamsters but they need to stock up on big cages for them xxx

Placed an order online and received no confirmation email or details of when i could collect my order. Tried to get in contact via email and had no reponse and the no one is answering my call when put through to the relevant department. Had no issue taking the money out of my account straight away though. Useless company that only get away with it as there is no real competition.
