We went to one of the kids' workshops here during the summer holidays - it was just us, no-one else had booked the slot. The girl who showed us all the animals was amazing - very kind, clearly loved all creatures, and spent a lot of time talking to us about all the animals and fish. We got to feed them etc. It felt so special to my kids to be shown everything like that and they keep asking to go again.

We was served yesterday by the lovely Harry. We went in to get all the essentials for a new puppy and he was so helpful & patient. He let us try on all different collars & harnesses for the perfect fit & gave us loads of good recommendations. We forgot the harness & he had already told his colleagues so we can go back & get it. Amazing customer service!

We love going in to Pets@Home Crayford. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We couldn't see the small bearded dragon, so we asked was he sold. The lovely assistant went and got the step ladder, there he was, on top of the leaves, watching us looking for him... We laughed a lot.

I have used this store many times and felt the need to leave a review today with regards to the service from Evie. Exceptional example of how to treat customers, helped us find several products we could not locate and offered additional advise to other products she has had good results with. Well done for having such kind and caring staff

Took my puppy and paid for care plan which is very good for young dogsnLovely helpful staff
