I wish I would have seen the reviews On Trust pilot at least prior to order with SELCO especially the Crayford branch! Ordered 8 doors. Delivered only 6 doors and saying to me that I have paid only for 6 despite ordering on-line and sending them all the proofs, including the bank statement. The customer service is absolutely a joke! I will never use this store again! Highly recommend to avoid this store!
I messed up with my order and collected from the wrong store. The staff were very helpful and moved the order from Charlton to Crayford branch despite being overwhelmingly busy with orders. Big thank you to the team for arranging this and saving me from going to another store despite my mistake.
Not recommending to buy Sharp Sand Tonne Bag. Its a lot smaller then other suppliers... Your Tone Bag is between 700kg - 750kg, when others supplying 950kg - 1050kg, depending how wet it is...
I have been to this store 3 times now and walked out all 3 times without what I went in there for even after checking on-line first avoid if possible.

As usual Selco had everything I wanted and completed the purchase ASAP no complaints.
First Visit to this store. Very helpful staff, helped me load my trolley too, very heavy paving slabs. But... While loading my car with these very heavy slabs a member of the Selco staff was just going off shift. Saw me struggling got out of his car and came over and helped me load my car, even parked my trolley for me. That's top customer service. Briiliant and thanks.

All good,l. Friendly staff. Tucked discretely away between Crayford and Sladegreen.
Newish store, good layout and size. Very good range of products. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they will review the prices and discount if possible, had a good friendly atmosphere. Staff were helpful in helping me push the trolley out to the van as I had a bad back, on this visit there was plenty of slots available in next day delivery's. Car park has plenty of parking available. Would recommend using this store over Sidcup!
