I messed up with my order and collected from the wrong store. The staff were very helpful and moved the order from Charlton to Crayford branch despite being overwhelmingly busy with orders. Big thank you to the team for arranging this and saving me from going to another store despite my mistake.

Ordered plastering sand from Crayford branch. Delivery was awful - driver couldn't comprehend that it is wrong to offload bulk bags of sand on drive instead of perfectly suitable grassy area where all other Selco deliveries used to be off loaded. After having to shout through doorbell camera he repositions the bags so they do not block the driveway... Sand itself is full of stones - plastering sand FULL OF STONES. Obviously cannot be used for the job the next day as I had tradesmen booked. I had to go to Wickes that evening to get plastering sand in 25kg bags for £5 a bag perfect sand though - no stones at all. Called Selco branch and was told that they are aware that this particular batch of plastering sand has stones, but they never told me that and still sent the useless product out. I requested for sand to be picked up for a refund as it is useless to me. Pick up was booked for Tuesday - 4 days after delivery. No pick up on Tuesday, no pick up on Wednesday.... Called the branch and manager tells me sand will get picked up on Monday. The whole experience is just AWFUL.
I wish I would have seen the reviews On Trust pilot at least prior to order with SELCO especially the Crayford branch! Ordered 8 doors. Delivered only 6 doors and saying to me that I have paid only for 6 despite ordering on-line and sending them all the proofs, including the bank statement. The customer service is absolutely a joke! I will never use this store again! Highly recommend to avoid this store!
Newish store, good layout and size. Very good range of products. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they will review the prices and discount if possible, had a good friendly atmosphere. Staff were helpful in helping me push the trolley out to the van as I had a bad back, on this visit there was plenty of slots available in next day delivery's. Car park has plenty of parking available.nWould recommend using this store over Sidcup!
