Used this branch regularly over the years used to be the best merchants with good knowledgable helpful staff, unfortunately gone downhill fast staff are absolutely clueless , can’t be bothered to look for products when asked. You need to train your staff to understand plumbing products!!!
Tremendous trade counter. Everything a plumber can want, need or dream of under one roof. A great place to visit if you need something quick, product solutions from bathroom suites to coper pipes and guidance on your current plumbing job.
This unscrupulous company were quick to take money for an expensive spare part. They refused a refund when it was returned. They claim it was returned damaged but my plumber who I have used for years and I trust told me it was not. I am a key worker in healthcare serving the public in the pandemic, I am disgusted to be treated this way. Their refusal of a refund for an unused perfect part will impact me financially
