Very good service, especially from the manager, Michael. When we had an issue with our Nintendo Switch controllers they were able to send them off for repair to Nintendo but when they came back they would not sinc to the device so we brought them back to Argos and straight away the manager, Michael, was able to give us two brand new controllers at no cost. We're absolutely delighted with this, thank you so much.
I was not very well when I got to the store to pick up my purchases then forgot the number I was sent and became a bit distressed. The girl at the counter was more than helpful and got me water and was very kind to me. She told me to sit down and brought my purchases to me. She was wonderful. I was also very pleased with my items as well. A big thank you to all the staff in Boucher road.
This is the best Argos by far! All the staff are very pleasant and they have all the modern Argos facilities including stock machines and self service pay. This particular store also has a jewellery desk and offers fast track online ordering. Except at busy times e.g. the run up to Christmas they are also very quick at getting orders down to you! An all round perfect Argos store!
Completely rubbish service - don't ever put in two orders for anything cheap at this Argos - you will be NOT be given the goods which are available and accused of bulk buying by the store manager in front of other customers . Doesn't matter how much the goods cost - an item "paid for" and available should be given to the customer. The staff seemed to enjoy the show of the Manager refusing the sale in the middle of the shop floor. Left feeling like a thief and I had paid for the goods. I spend a lot of money in there - will go elsewhere in future.
I was all excited to make my purchase of a new vaccum and reserved it so I could get it home sad as it may seem..lol I've had an argos card for year's and when the girl tryed to swipe it it became ovious that it was faulty ..I asked could she manually do it as I had all my identification with me and she refused stating it was up to the manager...I rang customers services and they said there shouldn't have been a problem. ...well they just lost out on over 250 pounds of a purchase...that was some customers services right there...I drove on out to lisburn and not a problem. ..I rate this shop extremely low on customer help and convenience. ..they turn away my valued custom and I will be making a complaint to argos head office...it was not my fault my card was faulty and it was only a new one! And the embarrassing way I was shot down at the till was not on...compared to the lisburn store which was an effortless transaction...will not be back...boucher road. ..thanks for nothing!
The store manager Nick was extremely helpful and courteous and resolved a time sensitive issue quickly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble and he really went the extra mile to help.
I visited the store today to collect package. It was quite heavy and asked for help. A lovely female member of staff carried it to my car which was so helpful. Thankyou so much.
Went into Argos last week and I was the first one in and was met by a manager called Kevin who was super helpful and very friendly!! Well done Kevin and well done Argos!!
I had to get kitchen items e.g. pedal bins and I found all that I needed between Dunelm mill and Argos. It was easy to go between the two comparing prices sizes etc.altogether a successful shop.
Had items reserved and when I went to collect them was told at desk they are out of stock get your act togather Argos especially at this time of year
