Absolutely amazing food, great menu with lots of options to suit all tastes and sensible prices, plus very friendly bar staff, you will not be disappointed Next visit and had probably tge BEST roast dinner in the county, maybe the whole country! Roast potatoes, new potatoes roast parsnips. Cabbage. Carrots, peas, cauliflower, thick rich gravy and a choice of single or mixed meats, so so good, and too much u need to do the American thing and ask for a box to take the extra food home for the next day.
Nice ploughman's for lunch after walking in the woods. Good range of beers. Bit of a terrible photo but by the time I'd noticed, I'd already eaten it all.. Seemed popular with locals which is a good sign. Parking available
Great food and plenty of it with excellent service
Amazing homemade Sunday roast one of the best I've ever had and the homemade pies are delicious. Wonderful friendly staff who can't do enough to help you especially Ellesha who was outstanding . Definitely going to go back and would recommend it to everyone.
We went for a Sunday roast, and the smashing service was welcoming, freindly . The food was hot and plenty of it very tasty we will definitely be going back and great value for money. The pub was very clean with a wood fire .

Best roast I’ve eaten in long time. Called in on off chance but fully booked. They found us table and I’m glad they did. Loads to eat no room for pudding. I WILL BE BACK No photo as nothing left
Really good food, proper home cooked roasts, friendly staff, the portions are huge. I will visit again. Highly recommended
Based at the bottom of the hill in the centre of Hamstreet this pub offers off road parking and easy access. The pub serves a traditional range of beers and spirits and bar food l believe.
As always, the food was divine and staff will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! Can't beat their roasts and the selection of home made dishes. Everything is fresh and home cooked and the portions are very generous. Great selection of ciders too.
