In August i tried to contact the owners to purchase a Static 3 emails later NO CONTACT ! So i visited the site it looked great and the Static i wanted was still there another resident told me it was still for sale but dont bother trying to buy it as the owners are never there and have so much money they dont need to sell. This seemed to be correct as No contact was made with me i left my phone number in the OPEN Office no one in there either but no one contacted me . i guess when you own a ROLLS ROYCE with SIR KD numberplate and a MERCEDES £70k 4 wheel Drive you dont need the money these were just 2 of the luxury vehicles lined up ON SHOW I purchesed a static elsewhere in Sussex
A beautifully presented private park, quite and set away from the busy roads, this is well worth a visit if you looking for a home or holiday bolt hole.
Usually we go for camping, and hire caravans but these days caravan hire companies charge a lot and camping budget disturbed. only the Downsview Caravan Park is the best company who provides caravan on competitive prices. they also have Static holiday caravans and luxury holiday lodges for sale.
Best static caravan park in the south of England well kept and very friendly spotless park owner is very friendly and enjoys a beer with you and got time for a chat recommend to any body looking for a 5star site
A beautiful place, amazing park filled with amazing people .. honest owners that say it how it is there is no messing around with them .. love em to bits .. want to live there .. what more can I say !!

VERY Disappointed in this place after reading reviews!! I was spoken to Rudely by owners when Arrived They are extremely stubborn and Unpleasant to deal with. Please stay Clear of this place.
