I had a great experience today at Halfords in burgess hill. I had new wipers and lights fitted by Mike he was very helpful and polite. Loraine behind the desk was also amazing and helped me set up my Halfords membership. Very happy with the service I received:

I needed a new dimmed main beam bulb fitted & went to Halfords at lunchtime. I was delighted that I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes until a technician was available.  Karen was friendly, polite and professional. She quickly checked the bulb I needed & fitted a new one.nI highly recommend Halfords fitting service.

We bought a bike with our granddaughter aged 3 this afternoon. The personal service, help and advice was outstanding. Also bought a bike bell, which the salesman happily fitted without charging for his labour. He could not have been more helpful. A big well done.

Went in to Halfords because my headlights had stopped working. I had immediate service from an extremely helpful and engaging technician, Ian, who explained everything in full who replaced the headlamps whilst I waited. Excellent service and very speedy at a very reasonable cost
