I had all my photos taken over a number of years deleted from my laptop. I rang Richard and he was able to take my laptop the same day and I had it back the next with all my photos returned. Richard was extremely helpful and also very friendly and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely use Richard again should the need ever arise.
Sound failed + Hard Drive no longer recognised on my PC. In the space of less than 24 hours Richard visited me, took the PC and returned it next day with sound + new HD + data recovered all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend RicTECH for being both professional and friendly. Our gaming pc failed - no display on the monitor. To begin with, Richard collected the pc as I had transport issues. Diagnosis established that the GPU had failed - fortunately all else proved ok with the motherboard, power supply etc. Both before and after his assessment, Richard took the time to address all my questions in a methodical and thorough manner. I purchased a new GPU which he fitted and our pc was returned to my home - an all inclusive and timely service for one very reasonable charge. From first contact, Richard stood out by offering a personalised service - showing real integrity.
Richard provided a fast and efficient service to replace a fan in my laptop, would definitely recommend RicTECH.
