KMM Serenity Therapies offers Person centred Integrative NLP/Hypnotherapy - Through my experiences as a therapist and a client, I had learned that most of our physiological problems have a cause within our mind, our past traumas, present anxieties, our limiting beliefs and our current perception of our reality. NLP/hypnotherapy can help to heal and change all that and free you to live the life you want, as well as to equip you with skills and tools necessary to create and maintain healthy balanced lifestyle, while massage deals with some of the physical symptoms.
Health and wellbeing coaching can assist with the more superficial patterns and habits for those who do not feel they need therapy or not yet ready for it.

Amazing massages. It's not only a relaxation time, there's also a deep hearing. Kristina's combination of hot stones, aromatherapy and deep tissue massage is the best massage I've had. I truly recommend the experience!

Kristina gives massage that is tailored to the individual. She is highly competent and well as particularly skilled in ironing out the 'knots' without causing unnecessary pain. A deep tissue session with Kristina leaves you feeling relaxed, healed and even cherished.

Kristina's presence has a wonderfully caring and healing quality to it. Do treat yourself with a massage and her carefully selected aromatherapy essences.

Unfortunately there are one too many second rate massages in London but Kristina is certainly not one of them- she really knows her stuff, is throughly professional, highly skilled, compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!
