Poo staff, think maybe one guy I've met there was helpful and friendly when wrong orders occur ( notice i said 'orders' as they've cocked mine up multiple times unfortunately) the rest there just evidence the state of play with our next generation of workforce and customer service. There I said it... I must be getting old cos I used the term 'next generation' Shame too, as I would gladly junk up on pizza forever and at least Domino's do the tortilla thin pizza base, which is a win in my eyes for that at least.

Pathetic service. The website made an error 5 minutes before they were closed. Phoned up for enquire at 23:32, 2 minutes after they stopped taking orders and the boy on the phone made absolutely no effort whatsoever to try and remedy the situation or at least take some action to ensure future custom. Once again terrible service over the phone. What a joke

I wanted a meteor pizza as my favourite, they don't do them in this franchise. So I wanted a £9.99 large pizza collection only. They told me it was buy one get one free at nearly £20 and that they didn't do this deal. So ordered and sat done looking at a menu, notice they do have a collection only deal at £10.50, but they didn't mention this deal. The pizza seemed under cooked and still doughy. There was not much cheese on it and it seemed to have less sauce too. Ive used dominos for many many years now and have to say this is the worsed pizza I have ever had! I would not recommend and I certainly will not be returning!

Not Good! told me my order wasnt a dough product... took money and will refund in upto 5 days ??? awful!

Never use Dominoes Torquay. The final straw for me after putting up with over priced, bad quality food came last friday night. I ordered online at about 8pm as using the phone is terrible and down right painful. I then received a phone 35 mins later in inform me that my order was going to be delayed by 2 hours! The staff member was rude and obnoxious with an awful attitude. I was shocked to be honest and then she just hung up on me. I rang the store back and asked to speak to the manager. I was told "she's busy". After I insisted I finally managed to spoke to someone who sounded no more than 18 years, old who then told me I couldn't have a refund and would have to wait 4-5 working days! Just to get my money back?! Worse customer service ever.
