Have been here a thousand times. At least once a month if not more. Never had a problem until tonight. I rang to rectify the issue to be told there was no issue. Firstly. I ordered garlic sauce with the garlic bread, it is an option to select on their menu online, I didn't get it, they then said it doesn't come with garlic bread. Then why is it an option on your menu? Secondly I ordered the mixed meat and chips, with extra garlic sauce, again extra garlic sauce is an option on their online menu. The meat and chips did not have extra garlic sauce. The meat was bone dry and the chips were also incredibly dry. In fact it was inedible. And then there is also the fact that some of the meat was covered in a red skin type substance , I can only assume looks like pepper or tomato skin. I spend a lot of money here and have always been happy but your attitude towards me on the phone when I rang to try and fix it, has cost you a very loyal customer. I do have photos.
Ordered our food by phone, waited hour and a half to be told it had arrived and enjoy, it hadn’t. Rang and was told sorry it’s just being prepared and it’s on its way, it wasn’t. Rang again 40mins later to be told it’s with the driver. When it arrived it was cold and poor. First time we have ordered food, and guess what, the last. Not recommended.
Used to be lovely but gone down hill both chicken and lamb doner dry and old tough meat with red bits and grisel only get a little meat for a large missing sauce and pitta is just rock hard most prob won't be back will try new places for kebabs
DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Ordered a lamb shish kebab. 3 pieces of meat and a bit of lettuce. Over priced and disappointing. Don't waste your money here. Will never order from them again.
Nice place to eat however the prices were a little steep for what they were offering. Also, the food took way longer than usual however this could be down to how busy it was. For what it's worth the food was really nice and would recommend it to anyone who wants to eat halal food, or craving a good quality kebab!
Without a doubt the best pizza in Torquay!! We switched to CG after a couple of disappointments with another local pizza place and can't believe just how good they are. The staff are very friendly and deliveries are always fast and ontime. Theyve also won a national award for their kebabs which weve tried a few times and they are brilliant aswell. Finally ive been in personally myself a few times as my office is just around the corner and the hygiene and cleanliness levels are very high. All in all 'the perfect pizza place'.
The food was nice but the delivery mad was extremely rude to my 12 year old son saying he should have cash instead of card as he did have a buy one get one free. Who has cash in times of Covid ? And also to hurry up as he has other orders in the car ont be using them again. Disgraceful !!

Regular treat every Saturday...a chicken and lamb shish kebab, the best in town. Very friendly staff, always a smile and chat.
First class service .nice guys and great food.tryed something different tonight and found a great chicken /pizza combo. Thank you .
