Pizza Hut Delivery

My family Ordered pizza from here my daughter has allergy's to certain foods so we had to change a few toppings around however when the pizza arrived it was on a classic crust with garlic sprinkles so we had to send it back the fore we called up pizza hut and said our order was wrong the assistant manger picks up and says "well with an order like this it easy to get wrong it not our fault" no apology from her she then just puts the phone down the other pizzas arrive they take the first lot away for some reason probably as we hadn't touched them so they were just going to give them to another customer. They arrived slightly late when we opened the boxes the orders where wrong again this time they had got rid of the garlic spray from the classic crust and the italain they also added extra toppings they added sweet corn and beef to my daughters pizza one of the toppings we removed as she was allergic this meaning she couldn't have any pizza along with this the pizza dough was still raw. we called up again this time a man picking up the phone he apologized about the food we then went and talked about the previous assistant manger he then says " i will bring this up with management then" and puts the phone straight down. This is the last time we eat here again avoid at all costs !!

Firstly store ran out of pizza bases! Then somehow pizza nearly got delivered to wrong address. Now over a month since order was cancelled still waiting for refund that should only take up to 15 days!

Not been to our local PH for probably a year, last time put us off enough to stay away this long, sadly after tonight's poor experience we will never go back. For glorified cheese on toast it has never been good value for money (unless proper Italian, even zizzys is really tasty good quality but over priced) but at least with their old offer collect any size for £6.99, gave enough food for my wife daughter and myself...enough to fill not over fill... But last year it went up a pound, didn't seem to taste as good hence why we stayed away...but tonight ordered same as we always have, it appears to have shrunk!! It looks like the size of the old medium and has a crust on it almost 3 inches wide (total width of crust (not stuffed) over 5 inches) making the size of the pizza which had topping about 8 inches in diameter....bloody ridiculous... I don't expect much for £8 but thus is supposed to be the same pizza that is over £16 the rest of the week!!? So either that's a serious rip off most of the week OR they role out a different pizza for the special offers which I can't see ...but either way not going back.... Hope your experience is different 😁
