Had a takeaway from these guys today. Order was ready nice and quick and was very tasty and fresh ingredients. Strangely though one of the two pizzas was cut and the other wasn't?! But both were very tasty.
I've always had great service, and delicious food from here in the past, however my recent trip wasn't so successful. Whilst the pizzas were nice, the chicken Cesar salad grande pollo salad I ordered was only partially edible as it was way too salty making it probably the worst I've ever had. I did the normal English thing of not complaining as I had eaten half of it, so I'm sure they would've helped if I had. The service was helpful and with a smile as always. It's often very busy in season, so check ahead for space. Just check their website for opening times as I think they change depending on season? I've tried to get the times updated on Google as they say closed when they're actually open, but nothing was updated so far.. summer times seem to be 12-3 and 6-9.
So have been here for breakfast a few times at the weekend while we have been in Swanage, really good breakfast selection, omelette were fantastic, lovely service and priced well. Would recommend
Made an order to take away. Pizza was ready in about 20 minutes. Smelts great, tasted good. The only annoying thing was I had to cut my own pizza other than that, I'd definitely order from here again.
First off... super tasty pizza. The chicken curry one was especially yum! Service was pretty lacking though. For £65 for 5 pizza's it'd be nice if we could eat them off a plate rather than a delivery box. Plus a comical list of things the staff apparently couldn't provide because of "a refurb".... including glasses of tap water and access to a toilet. Not great.
Love the pizza - not so hot on the service. But hey.... Final thought.... What type of person doesn’t like pizza? A weir-dough.
Disappointed. So many easy service improvements could have made this a memorable visit today. Sadly, on each occasion counted about 10 schoolboy errors were being made, from our paper order being lost, nobody acknowledged this whilst we sat with an empty table, and every other customer after us ate their meals. Our garlic bread came on one plate, leaving 3 of us to eat off serviettes. Then the mains came during the starter - except they weren't ours. Our 5 and 7 year old were given pizza cutters! No offer to cut them first. Finally we were over charged. Restaurant was not heaving, and I really wish the owner could have observed this. Sadly doesn't live up to its chain rivals, or any local charm.. Food was ok, but felt rushed out and basic for the price, again small improvements could make for better ratings.
Had a fantastic meal here tonight. We were warned of the wait but having had a great meal there the night before we knew it was worth it. The pizza is awesome and my little girl loved her pasta . I would highly recommend this place. Adam and the team did an amazing job with freshly cooked food . Thank you for the wonderfully tasty food. We will definitely come in again when we are back in Swanage.
We had a really lovely starter and main meal absolutely no complaints. However, the dessert we had was obviously a frozen cheesecake and the portion size was minuscule for the price charged. We appreciate there is a mark up but really feel that this was a total ripoff! A bit more would have gone a long way.
Not only pizza they do outstandingly burgers. I had the Dorset Blue and if was absolutely wonderful. Not had a better one. Quite literally. First class and highly recommended.
