I've been using Forerunner for 4 months now to provide hot meals to my Mum. I can't praise them high enough. My Mum loves the meals, they're hot, tasty and varied. It's made such a difference to her as I live in London and even though I get food delivered she wasn't cooking. It has made a difference and long may it continue until I get her relocated closer to me. They even phoned me up when she didn't answer the door as she'd gone out one day. Thank you very much Forerunner.
