Super slow delivery when it says the food is out delivery am less than a mile away and still take 40 mins once it's cooked to arrive. Quality of food is rushed under prep and usually comes undercooked.

Ordered from barrack road christchurch. Had family around. 2 ordered on a app 1 online website at 8pm( ordered all at the same time). 8.30 the order on website, i rang shop due to no email conformation. They said yes we have the online order and its on its way. The orders from app got delivered 8.40pm. Online order didn't arrive. Spoke to delivery driver about missing order. He said he would go back and get it. At 9.05 pm I rang again. Was told it's out for delivery about 8.50pm so be with us soon and if not,we would get full refund and a fresh order ( this was from the manager mouth). Rang back again at 9.15pm to then be told they didn't have the order. And for us to order again also If 2 payments are taken to then ring back to get number to call accounts to get the money back.we never make the second order. We never got the missing order. Rang bank, have to wait 15 days to see if the money has been taken Bearing In mind we only live 6 minutes drive away. Can not believe the way we have been treated. We spoke to the manager(jamie) and well I can not believe his attitude. He was very argumentative and not helpful the second time I spoke to him. We ordered about £70 worth of pizza tonight between 3 family's. That's 3 family's not sure about trusting domino's again. It's a shame as we have used domino's for years and I couldn't say how much we have spent in that time.

Ordered from this store with a A-List discount code tried to ring this store over 20 times for long periods without a answer where I then rang the lansdowne branch to check my number was correct and was eventually told they never answer so just order online when my food arrived which was a shame as the delivery driver was great explained he will Ring his boss and could not get a answer at the store either or through to his driver directly at this point my foods getting cold i eventually spoke to the manager who swore and tried to tell me to pay in full where I demanded his name which was (depesh duby) and too note this man should be fired for abusive language and if you ever expect to ring this shop on the phone give up hope and drive there honestly worst service I've ever had the delivery driver was great and even seemed embarrassed that his boss used that language on the phone to a customer and even took the phone away !!!

First, the first time I ordered from you, you forgot both my desserts. One driver brought my chocolate melt but forgot my Ben and Jerry's then it took another 2 drivers to get my Ben and Jerry's to me, you refunded me for the ice cream but not full price!! So I gave you one more try and you have royal messed up my half and half pizza by only giving me one half of my pizza but on the whole thing with added tandoori chicken after phoning me and telling me you didn't have Mexican chicken for my Mexican chicken half, THAT YOU SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT ALL TOGETHER. You have given me the wrong ice cream, since when was Ben and Jerry's MAGNUM. Not happy at all.
