Went to collect my item and it hadn't been started. had to wait about 5 minutes for the guy to get it slightly wrong. was eventually perfected the food itself was decent but the service was pretty poor. Seemed unhygenic chips over done.

Only giving one star becuase you have to give a rating . I ordered my food from here and It was a distaster. The guy on the phone was barely listening crackly connection and I made sure I got him to repeat it so he had it right for delivery . After a long wait and the driver getting lost as he hadn’t asked for the full address it came and was wrong . Burger was disgusting and my kebab looked like it had been thrown together , the wrong sauce and salad despite me saying three times what I wanted . Missing the drink we ordered especially to get above the “minimum amount “. Chips where cold and also didn’t have the sauce in that was requested . When I called I was told I was wrong and that the order was right . Small segment over the phone where u was basically told tough luck and he couldn’t possibly be wrong . I offered to come back to the shop to change it and was told no they wouldn’t do that . So a very hungry frustrating evening , left out of pocket . Have been before for collection and found the customer service poor but the delivery method was just a nightmare . Will not be returning go to munchies or fresco instead

Ordered 2 kebabs was told the usual 30-40mins had to ring 5 times and hours later recieved the food dont waste your time with this place paying for there service as well as making sure it actually arrives is a piss take

Man said it would be 30-45 mins , turned up after 1hr an 10, Waste of money, kebab tasted undercooked, order was messed up eg. No sauce on my burger/ mushrooms added for some reason, and the little square portion you get for £3 (oven cooked) cheesy chips is ridiculous .
