Sat on my glasses by mistake, women I dealt with was very helpful. Took my glasses in the next day and had them fixed there and then at no extra cost. Very quick, professional as always. Can also ways trust them with my glasses. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend both branches.
Always a pleasure to visit. Never feel rushed or hurried, always give that 1 on 1 attention. Will be returning once we have some normality returned to us.
Excellent service! My 2 year old pulled the arm off my frames which I hadn’t bought there!, took them in, they repaired them whilst i waited and didn’t even charge me!!!

Great service fixed my glasses free of charge and cleaned them, would recommend them highly.
The optician that seen to me went above and beyond to help me in my time of need, the advice, expertise and knowledge was spot on. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. If your after an opticians that really care I would certainly recommend didsbury eyecare.
Very helpful staff, fixed my specs for free and bought some very good lens cleaner too!
