The staffs are very friendly and warmly, and can communicate in both Chinese and English. Glasses can be repaired very quickly. The variety and brand of glasses in the store are very complete and diverse. And here brand glasses also buy very affordable, super recommended!
I went to several optical shops, but none of them could fix my glasses. Then I found this place online, and when I went there, the service was excellent. They offered me a seat to rest while they professionally handled the bent arm of my glasses. And it was free! I would definitely consider going there again for any future eyewear needs.
Superb service and very helpful with attention to details. They couldn’t be more kind to help cleaning the green cooper on my spec,offered to pay a cleaning fee but they insisted not to. After cleaning the specs, they even noticed the uneven temple and helped me to tighten it. I am really grateful and would def recommend here 5/5.

Extremely impressive opticians, Bob is extremely courteous and knowledgeable and a credit to the business. I have shopped here several times over the years. The opticians stocks a huge range of frames and previously sourced my Cartier frames when not displayed in the shop. They also had the lens size reduced for me something my local opticians could not achieve. This time I have had a reglaze in a pair of rimless frames I use for work extremely fast turnaround using quality lenses at an affordable price. Thoroughly recommended
I recently had the pleasure of visiting City Specs and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received. The two gentlemen in the shop were incredibly helpful, supportive, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to help me choose the perfect frame, explaining the various options for both frames and lenses in great detail. Their expertise and genuine care were evident as they used an amazing new machine to take precise eye measurements in relation to the frame. This attention to detail ensured that my new glasses would be a perfect fit. Moreover, their dedication to adjusting the frame to fit me perfectly was truly impressive. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my new glasses. I can’t thank them enough for their incredible service. My husband nd I went to this place and we were really delighted with the prescription glasses. We bought them in one day and they made us the lenses. A quick service since we needed them the same day. I also highlight how beautiful the glasses are and really good brands that if you can afford it, it's worth it. We are delighted. We will be back soon.
Best shop ever I fixed my Ray-Ban after two years trying to find the piece in less than a week they found everything from Italy and now I have a brand new sunglasses I am very affectionate to those and I didn't want to change it... Thank you so much for the kindness and understanding I am so happy
