My roommate and I have been with DeuEstates for nearly three years, and we've never had an issue. Every request has been handled promptly and efficiently. Great company, had a a good tenancy with Deu Estates, the house we had over the last year has been great. I dealt with Stu at the office and was always very helpful. Sad to be leaving uni and our house, they were great on our leaving and even gave us sweets!
I had recently been with DEU Estates for the last two years, which would of been more had I looked sooner at properties for myself but I’ve always had the help of Olivia to assist us in correcting our unihomes statements, making sure maintenance reports where conducted the same day and generally looking after us whenever we needed any assistance from here. Beware!! This company are having a laugh at the expense of students. They took a huge amount of money off the deposit. Charged £320 for a 'deep clean' of a sub standard property that had already been cleaned to an acceptable level by the students who were leaving. They charged £30 for putting a couple of screws in to repair a cupboard door and £20 to put up a blind that was going to be changed anyway it hasn't been replaced of course So beware students - you will lose a big chunk of your deposit whatever you do. Very nasty people. Out to get what they can. If they reply to this, they will say I was aggressive when I complained. Well, yes, because I was utterly disgusted by their greedy behaviour and totally uncompromising attitude. Thank god wee moving on. I pity the next tenants.
Olivia was very helpful and made the process of showing identification and references very easy and seamless. She was polite and friendly when answering all our questions. She went above and beyond for us by providing an email and saying she would assist us with the bills contract. Umar was professional.
My son has taken a rent at 4 cardigan road. They have failed to refunded the bonded bond which was due one week ago. Avoid at all costs. They also failed to provide material evidence of the deductions. The property was in poor repair. I should report them to Leeds city council. Smelt of damage. It looked like a dog had eaten a desk chair which the agent use as furniture. I am sure none of the lads thought eating a chair was a pastime. Please get in touch as I am reporting you to the local authority
I had a lovely experience renting with DEU. They were polite and prompt with resolving any complaints. Special thanks to Olivia for making the whole moving process smooth and for being so supportive throughout.
I had a great experience with DUE estates, I wasn't sure where to start with renting a property but Olivia set everything out and was so helpful. She represents DUE estates really well.
Had an incredible experience with house viewings here, Olivia showed us a range of options that matched our needs and budget and really took our opinions into account when deciding what to show us next. Olivia was so lovely and easy to talk to so we felt very comfortable asking her questions all of which she answered very helpfully and double checked prices etc about the properties. It was an overall great experience which is something that can rarely be said about house viewings as they are often very awkward and you feel as if your opinions aren’t being taken into account and Olivia’s knowledge of the properties and ability to make us feel at ease made what would’ve been a tenuous experience into something very positive!!
Dealt with jaz and Stuart from the Leeds branch- they were extremely helpful in helping us sort out a new place quickly in time for student move in day as we had issues with our previous landlord!
