Living with Aston Properties has been a fantastic experience. The management team is responsive and attentive, and the property is always well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community has a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient, with easy access to everything I need. I highly recommend Aston Properties for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.
My experience with Aston Properties, unlike many other letting agencies, was overall great. Good: - Their communication was really good. They responded within 24 hours and regularly within the hour. - The fixflo app allowed me to submit any repairs or issues I had with the property and contractors would solve the issues within a few days. - Staff: All the staff including contractors I came in contact with were really nice and professional. Improvements: - When I first arrived at the property, the last tenant left it a bit messy and I doubt there had been a professional cleaners sent in. For future I think they need to hold additional inspections between the previous and future tenants and send in cleaners if necessary. - The website doesn't seem to be accessible. When I have tried to look at it on my laptop and phone it warns me before advancing. This did worry me after first signing, so the agency may want to update this for future tenants. Overall, the good definitely outweighed any issues I had. If I return to Leeds I would definitely consider using this agency again.
Rented with Aston Properties for the last two years of my degree and found it to be an overwhelmingly positive experience. Any issues with the property were resolved within 24 hours and in a professional manner. Highly recommend!
Used aston properties throughout my 2nd year of uni. Had no issues throughout the year, house was very clean on arrival and landlords were very nice to deal with the whole time we were there. Would recommend for any students looking to potentially go with them in Leeds.

Rented off Aston Properties for my last year of uni and they were superb with great affordable housing and have amazing response times if there are any issues. Will be recommending to all my friends moving to Leeds
Very highly recommend Throughout the whole tenancy agreement they were very responsive to our problems such as providing new drawers for our freezer, fixing door handles and replacing desk chairs. The property was spotless when we moved in and we always knew when they were coming as their communication was great.
Literally zero issues for 12 months. Left us alone to enjoy our stay and attended the property for maintenance within 24 hours every time. Office was cozy and the staff were happy and inviting made the whole process relaxing and exciting. Never visited without 24 hours notice. Never complained about anything when they did visit and treat us like adult renters rather than just guests. Just nice people. Recommend highly.
Rented with Aston properties for 2 years now and never had any issues. Any maintenance problems were sorted within the next 24 hours and they have looked after us well. Always had a wide range of properties available to fit me and my friends needs. Would recommend
Been renting with them for 2 1/2 years and they have been absolutely fantastic. All issues resolved within 24hrs. Special shoutout to them who also were very helpful when I had exceptional circumstances and they were very accommodating and understanding. Also big shout out to Simon. Cheers guys
