Recently visited the Suzuki showroom and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! They listened to exactly what I was after and didn't try and push any of the products/deals they wanted us to have and instead tailored my experience to what I was after! The Sales Manager was especially helpful in offering great customer service and enthusiasm, explaining to us the steps and process without the "hard sell" or being at all pushy. I will certainly be returning in my hunt for my perfect car.

Suzuki staff were fabulous but the Nissan staff did not even come over and ask if we needed any help! One sales person was talking loudly on their mobile pacing around and the others just sat in their office. Taking my business elsewhere

Absolutely brutal service, no return phone calls, letter to the owner ignored. Received email offering help, received phone call offering help but nothing since. Unfortunately have to get solicitors involved. Don't waste your time or money. Liars!!

My experience with Nissan.excellent service,excellent reception and Sales staff.went that little extra nothing was too much trouble business completed Roll on April.

As we had a great experience buying our first Qashqai we decided to return to Desira to get a price on another. On the second visit to meet the salesman,when I was going to get a price to change.It turned out a mistake and a waste of over an hour, as left standing staring at walls while the salesman kept going to see his manager to get me a supposedly good deal. Suffice to say the deal was a joke.I was left to beleive this was his final offer. I have since purchased a brand new Qashqai, a better model at a far better price than offered by Desira.And was felt to feel that I was the customer and not that they were doing me a favour dealing with me.
